Be one of the first to enjoy new stainless steel appliances including a large fridge, freezer, drip coffee machine, electric stove & oven, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! The kitchen island sits 3 while the dining table seats 6. A booster seat is available upon request.

☀The Living Room(s)
Spread out and enjoy the TWO living rooms in this home! One room has seating and a smart tv while the other allows for comfortable seating and a seamless connection to the dining area and kitchen.

☀The Cozy Corner
Aside from the 2 living rooms, there is a cozy sitting area for reading and there is a perfect spot to get some work done at the work station.

☀The Backyard
There are two patio areas to enjoy. One under the wooden gazebo that will shade you from torrential downpours or blazing sun rays. The other patio is great for good conversation and catching sun rays. The Trampoline will tire anyone out while the neighbor’s pool will cool you off.

This bedroom features 2 full beds, a dedicated workspace, a Smart-Tv, a closet for clothes storage, and a private full bathroom.

This bedroom features 2 Full Bunk Beds & 1 Queen bed with a dresser.

This bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser.

☀Bathroom 1
This bathroom is an ensuite to bedroom 1. It has a shower stall and comes with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

☀Bathroom 2
This bathroom has a single vanity sink and a shower with a tub. It also comes with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

☀Laundry
There is a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board available during your stay.

☀Parking
There is a carport where 3 cars can park plus free street parking.
Guest access
The neighbor kindly offers pool access for guests year-round. Please let us know if you plan on using it!

There is NO garage access but otherwise, the entire home is yours to enjoy!
