The space
The home is located in near the 60 Highway in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Central Tempe. It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a Basement & Game room and a Resort Style Backyard for your endless enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV and a Cozy sectional couch! Stay in, relax and enjoy a movie!

☀Kitchen
The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal. Enjoy your mornings with the most delicious coffee, what better way to start the day!

The Primary Bedroom features a comfortable King Size Bed with a Smart TV.

One Guest Room features a plush King size bed, and one features 2 Single Beds, perfect for teens, kids or 2 adults. Each room comes with pillows and blankets as well as a closet for clothes storage. You will fall asleep before your head hits the pillow!

Dedicated game room hosts a television and games for all to enjoy. Test your quick hand skills on the foosball table!

Walk out to a beautiful covered deck and enjoy the Arizona Days and Nights. Thinking about going for a dip in the pool? Enjoy a swim, there is no better way to spend the day! It doesn’t get any better than this!

Both Bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower and come with fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo and Body Wash.

There is a Full Size Washer & Dryer available to use during your stay.
Guest access
Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.

We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.

If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.
