The space
The home is located in near the 60 Highway in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Central Tempe. It is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a Resort Style Backyard for your endless enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

At our sunset home, comfort comes standard:

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV and a Cozy sectional couch! Stay in, relax and enjoy a movie!

☀Kitchen
The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal. Enjoy your mornings with the most delicious coffee, what better way to start the day!

☀Primary Bedroom
The Primary Bedroom features a comfortable King Size Bed with a Smart TV.

☀Guest Rooms
Two Guests Room features a plush Queen size bed, and one features 2 Full Beds and a Twin Bunk Bed, perfect for teens, kids or 2 adults. Each room comes with pillows and blankets as well as a closet for clothes storage. You will fall asleep before your head hits the pillow!

♥Backyard
Walk out to a beautiful covered deck and enjoy the Arizona Days and Nights. Thinking about going for a dip in the pool? Enjoy a swim, there is no better way to spend the day! It doesn’t get any better than this!

☀Bathrooms
Both Bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower and come with fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo and Body Wash.

☀Laundry Room
There is a Full-Size Washer & Dryer available to use during your stay.

Convenient and flexible access awaits you at our home!

Here’s what you need to know:

-Self-Check-in: Enjoy a hassle-free arrival with our keyless entry system. The code will be provided 2 hours before your 4 PM check-in time.

-Check-out: Please vacate the property by 11 AM to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare for the next guests.

-Flexible Scheduling Requests: While we adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times, we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable scheduling requests whenever possible.
