At Casa Arena, you will enjoy all the familiar comforts of home!

The kitchen is the heart of this home! Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster, this kitchen is for all of your culinary needs for your long stay. Six people can enjoy a meal around the dining table while feeling the warmth and brightness of the natural light that floods the room.

Working at the designated workspace may keep you busy, but when you’re ready to unwind, settle into the comfy sofa with your friends or family. Enjoy a movie marathon on the Smart TV while simultaneously cooking dinner. The open floor plan creates a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living space, making it easy to move from one area to the other. Whether hanging out with friends or family, this open layout makes it easy to keep everyone connected.

☀The Master Bedroom
Stay up late to binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart-Tv from the comfort of your King-size bed! Conveniently walk into the private master bathroom equipped with a shower and a single vanity. The bright bedroom has a dresser with a mirror and a large walk-in closet for additional clothing storage.

☀Guest Bedroom
The guest room features a Queen Bed. The bedroom provides pillows, blankets, and a closet for clothes storage.

☀Full Bathrooms
All bathrooms have showers, fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash.

☀1/2 Bathroom
Located on the first floor.

☀ Laundry Room
A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available during your stay.

☀ Driveway
Park two cars in the driveway. There is NO garage access.

While there are 3 bedrooms in the home, only two are available to guests. Guests do NOT have garage access.

☀Code to Keypad will be provided prior to arrival for a seamless check-in/check-out process

The neighborhood is located in North Phoenix nearby freeways 101, I-17, and 51. The residential area is quiet with mountain views! There are parks nearby with playgrounds for children, walking trails, and frisbee golf. The neighborhood is a short drive to restaurants, museums, and hot air balloon rides.

A car is needed for easy transportation. Uber and Lyft are available.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and Check-out time is 11 am.

We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.
